Position : Sales Manager
Ingredion is hiring a Regional Senior Sales Manager that plays a critical leadership role in driving the execution of fee-based formulation services within their designated region. Reporting directly to the Global Commercial Director, Differentiated Services, this role is responsible for delivery of regional service revenue targets and for translating the global services strategy into actionable regional plans that reflect local market dynamics, customer needs, and operational realities.
Strategic Execution & Regional Leadership
Translate global services strategy into actionable regional plans that align with market dynamics and regional customer needs.
Services SME for GTM team selling the services concept in front of customers on a regular basis.
Able to work closely with their GTM counterparts able to seamlessly identify services opportunities in current GTM pipeline and in with fellow sales managers at customers
Lead the continuous development and localization of service features in partnership with global and regional cross-portfolio teams.
Foster collaboration across functions to ensure consistent execution and knowledge sharing within the region.
Represent the region in global forums, providing insights and feedback to shape future service innovation.
Operational & Commercial Oversight
Develop customer engagement pipeline, traveling to customers, engaging the customer through the services pipeline to signing of contract.
Oversee and lead day-to-day pod operations of services in the region, ensuring delivery of excellence and customer satisfaction, both critical to project success.
Sole responsibility of regional P&L management, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. ($94mm NA, $93mm EMEA, $58mm APAC 5-YR Cumulative)
Drive commercial success by enabling service selling excellence and supporting sales enablement efforts.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet regional performance targets.
Comfortable networking, building customer connections while identifying, addressing and solving customer problems within their products and organizations
Comfortable that each customer solution will be unique for individual and repeat customers, able to navigate ambiguity with limited handholding
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including commercial, technical, and support teams.
Engage with external partners and customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction across the customer profile, including C-suite.
Support ongoing TE implementation and adoption across the region.
Lead change management efforts related to new service offerings, data governance, and operational improvements.
Solution Selling Approach:
Proactively identify upcoming projects or pain points within an account once initial engagement has begun
Able to identify follow-up customer pain points within a customer organization
Cross-Portfolio Collaboration:
Comprehensive Texture-Centric Solutions:
Collaborate across Ingredion's product portfolios to identify synergies and create holistic texture-driven solutions. Foster cross-functional partnerships to maximize customer value.
Familiar and comfortable working across Ingredion's texture and healthful ingredients alongside quickly familiarizing themselves with ingredients outside of Ingredion

Pay Range:
$120,800.00-$161,066.67 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
