Seeking a professional business to business Manager to grow our team in the Charlotte market. Charlotte and its suburbs make up a booming market and Colonial has had a growth for the last 3 years and need great people to help continue that trend! Will work closely with the District Manager to drive sales and assist in training new talent. The person must have:

Managers are responsible for:

Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
