Your Role as Sales Manager



As our Sales Manager, you'll be the

driving force behind new business growth, account retention, and team performance.

You'll lead a motivated team, secure commercial and residential accounts, oversee office operations, and ensure outstanding customer service at every step.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Business Development



Develop and execute sales strategies to increase recurring and commercial accounts Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in residential, corporate, and property management sectors Build partnerships with realtors, apartment communities, and local businesses Track and analyze key sales metrics (leads, conversions, revenue growth) Collaborate with marketing to align local promotions and lead-generation campaigns Attend networking events and represent eMaids within the local business community

Customer Experience & Retention



Ensure a "customer-first" culture across the team Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities Handle escalated service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and recurring clients

Team Leadership & Performance Management



Recruit, train, and mentor team members to meet performance and sales goals Establish clear daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for sales and customer service staff Conduct team meetings, track performance, and provide coaching for growth Support professional development and ensure accountability within the team

Operational Excellence



Partner with operations to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery Oversee office procedures, CRM data entry, and reporting accuracy Ensure pricing, proposals, and agreements align with company standards and profitability goals Act as key decision-maker when management is unavailable

HR Support & Administration



Assist with various Admin & HR related tasks as needed

Who You Are



Proven experience in

sales, account management, and team leadership

Excellent communicator and relationship builder with a results-driven mindset Organized, efficient, and skilled at managing multiple priorities

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- required Experience in a service-based or franchise environment is a strong plus
