Royal Beauty Aesthetics is looking for a

Sales Manager

who is passionate about beauty and wellness, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive results while ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals. Train staff on sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service. Develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns. Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports. Ensure a luxury client experience in every service interaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic, medspa, or beauty industry. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Must be available to work

on-site

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
