True REST Float Spa is hiring a part-time position at our McMurray, PA location. Position includes hourly pay and comission.
As a Spa Sales Leader, you are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than exceptional! The Sales Leader is responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, building relationships with guests, and conveying the value of our services to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills to our clientele, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Coaching
? Work one active shift per week at each of the three spas to stay connected with the
teams, guests, and sales flow.
? Develop and implement a three-tiered sales coaching program designed to meet
employees where they are:
1. New Employees: Build confidence through onboarding, role-playing, and clear
goal-setting.
2. Veteran Employees (Struggling): Identify performance gaps, provide targeted
training, and create an accountability plan.
3. High-Performing Employees: Learn from and observe what is working for them,
identify best practices, and share those insights across the team. Provide
continued growth opportunities, advanced techniques, and leadership mentoring
to keep motivation high.
? Conduct regular follow-ups and track progress using performance metrics and
conversion data.
? Support the development of a positive, team-oriented sales culture that aligns with the
spa's brand values of calm, connection, and care.
Operational Support
? Fill in for Spa Managers during absences, ensuring operations continue seamlessly.
? Provide daily oversight of guest flow, service standards, and staff performance during
assigned shifts.
? Partner with managers to identify and address areas for improvement in both sales and
operations.
Maintenance & Facility Oversight
? Perform regular walk-throughs of all three locations to assess maintenance or facility
needs.
? Coordinate and follow up on service calls or repairs to ensure timely resolution.
? Maintain clear documentation and communication with leadership regarding
maintenance priorities and budgets.
Qualifications
? Proven experience in sales leadership or multi-location management, ideally in a spa,
wellness, or hospitality setting.
? Strong coaching and motivational skills with the ability to tailor approach to individual
team members.
? Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
? Hands-on, proactive leadership style and willingness to "lead from the floor."
? Reliable transportation and ability to travel between spa locations weekly.
Performance Expectations
? Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals across all spas.
? Maintain team engagement and reduce turnover through effective coaching and
leadership.
? Ensure maintenance needs are handled quickly and cost-effectively.
? Provide regular feedback and progress updates to ownership or upper management.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
