Sales Leader Role - Full-Service D2D Roofing Sales - Georgia
Mission:
Lead from the front -- produce personally, recruit constantly, and drive team performance. Supported by a dedicated Trainer who handles onboarding and development.

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead by Example (4-5 days/week in the field)
Knock doors alongside reps to set the pace and keep credibility.
Maintain personal lead/sales goals each week.
Run evening recaps and push momentum when production lags.
2. Recruit & Build Teams
Run ongoing recruiting (post ads, hold interviews, build referrals).
Coordinate with Trainer for onboarding new hires.
Maintain a rolling recruiting calendar -- 2-3 new hires weekly.
3. Manage Field Operations
Conduct daily team huddles (goals, route planning, motivation).
Track daily numbers (doors, contacts, appointments, inspections).
Report to owner on team performance and recruiting pipeline.
4. Collaborate with Trainer
Identify reps needing extra coaching.
Align daily plans so training sessions don't disrupt production.
Share field feedback to improve scripts and training content.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
