Job Description

We are a growing greeting card brand known for our unique creative designs. After building a strong online presence, we are now expanding into retail and wholesale markets. We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our small team and help manage day-to-day operations, sales outreach, and customer support. Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails and messages with care and professionalism. Manage wholesale inquiries and maintain communication with wholesale accounts. Reach out to potential retailers and boutiques to pitch our product line. Process and fulfill customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently. Track inventory levels and coordinate restocks when needed. Assist with organizing and maintaining product shipments. Support the owner with general administrative and personal assistance tasks. Contribute ideas to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus. Comfortable working with online sales platforms and email communication. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Temporary, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
