This position includes a competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure.
Candidates with an existing client book will qualify for a significantly higher earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and manage commercial flooring sales opportunities
Perform accurate
construction takeoffs
and interpret architectural
blueprints
Utilize detailed
floor leveling sheets
and project documents to ensure accurate bids
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and project timelines
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and internal teams to meet
project deadlines
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
2+ years experience
in commercial flooring or construction sales (required)
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project workflows
Ability to perform accurate
takeoffs
, read
blueprints
, and interpret technical documents
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
Existing client relationships or a personal book of business is a
major plus
and will result in a
higher commission structure
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
Base salary +
high-earning commission structure
