What You'll Do:
Strategically lead
daily showroom operations for both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.
Drive performance metrics
by coaching, developing, and holding your sales team accountable to individual and store-wide targets.
Serve as the
go-to expert
in deal structuring, F&I integration, and customer negotiation--personally assisting in closing complex or high-value deals.
Monitor and optimize floor traffic coverage and team deployment to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
Partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
Champion a
customer-first approach
while maintaining profitability and efficiency across the sales process.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of dealership sales management experience
Strong understanding of deal structure, finance products, and compliance best practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for powersports is strongly preferred; a motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
Weekend availability
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises--including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas--while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
