We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Duties
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing initiatives
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms to secure contracts that align with company objectives
Maintain and update CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and market penetration
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate technology or business solutions
Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including inbound inquiries and networking events
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
Strong understanding of CRM tools, outbound calling techniques, and telemarketing strategies
Ability to conduct effective inside sales activities including warm calling and follow-up communications
Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and brand positioning
Fluency in English with superior verbal and written communication skills
Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Business development acumen with a focus on expanding market share through strategic outreach efforts
