Sales Executive

! Working in Outside Sales , you will play a key role in our sales strategy, creating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. This is an opportunity with an uncapped commission structure - your results determine your rewards.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Executive:



Identify and pursue new opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and present service offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business. Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Offer tailored staffing solutions that address client needs and challenges.

Qualifications for the Entry-Level Sales Executive:



Customer service experience preferred

No sales experience? No problem!

We'll provide full training to the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Bachelor's degree required. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
