About the Role

We're hiring a

Sales Executive

to drive new business and grow key verticals. The ideal candidate brings experience in

branded apparel, promotional products, print, or a closely related industry

and is comfortable prospecting, running discovery, and building a book of business. You'll have tools, marketing support, and production resources to help you ramp quickly--whether you're activating existing relationships or opening new ones.

What You Will Do

Build and manage a daily outbound cadence across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events Run discovery to understand brand, audience, budget, and timelines Propose merchandise solutions and simple programs that fit client goals Prepare quotes and proposals with clean details for production and ordering Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and customer service for on-time delivery Launch and support online stores or program initiatives when needed Maintain a clean pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot with next steps and dates Track activity and results against weekly and monthly targets Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lists, and case studies Attend select trade shows or local events as needed

What We Are Looking For

Ideally 2-7 years

of B2B sales experience in

branded apparel, promotional products, print, or a similar field

Consistent prospecting and closing track record; comfortable owning a structured pipeline Clear, professional communication and a service-first mindset Organized, resourceful, and data-minded in CRM usage (HubSpot experience is a plus) Familiarity with decoration methods and timelines is helpful Local to Mahwah and comfortable working on site each workday
