Rodzina Building Systems specializes in prefabricated metal buildings of all shapes and sizes. We offer assistance in every step of the sales to delivery process. We adjust to building codes and specifications in the project area to ensure the building meets state and county requirements. We offer shipping anywhere in the United States, excluding Hawaii or U.S. territories, so customers can choose their own construction team or erect the building themselves.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time sales executive, but we may consider a part time role for the right candidate. This role will require a person who has the ability to be self-sufficient with building a client list or ideally already has a book of clients before starting. They will be responsible for professionally representing Rodzina Building Systems, building client relationships, coordinating with inside sales and other team members, coordinating with engineers, and providing on-site assistance, as needed.

Salary

Compensation will include base pay that will depend on experience plus commission.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in metal building sales or comparable industry experience MBS software knowledge or other building design software a plus Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and architectural/engineering drawings Understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
