What will you be doing?

Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs. Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence) Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV. Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies. Attend one of HGVC's sales training sessions every week. Perform all other reasonable requests by management.

Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record. Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet all compensation plan goals. Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking). High School diploma or equivalent.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products
