Paint Estimator

who knows how to walk a job, talk to clients, crunch the numbers, and win the bid -- all while keeping things professional, personable, and positive.

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Day-to-Day):

Visiting residential and commercial job sites to assess scope and surfaces Creating accurate, detailed estimates that keep projects on track and profitable Writing clear proposals that make clients feel confident in our work Communicating with clients, crews, and vendors -- clearly and often Helping us close jobs (you'll have company leads andyour own if you've got hustle) Attending trade shows, home shows, and community events to represent the brand Collaborating with project managers to ensure what we sold is what we deliver Keeping tabs on schedules, safety, and paperwork Working regular hours + being available for 2 evenings and 2 Saturdays a month
What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of experience estimating painting or construction jobs Ability to read blueprints and understand construction specs Strong knowledge of coatings, prep work, and application methods Excellent communication and people skills (because we do a lot of that) A sharp eye for detail and a head for numbers A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Drive, self-motivation, and the ability to manage your own time
