Responsibilities
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their project requirements.
Conduct thorough project assessments to accurately estimate costs, timelines, and resources needed for successful project completion.
Prepare and present detailed project proposals, estimates, and pricing to prospective clients, demonstrating value and expertise in project delivery.
Negotiate and finalize project agreements, contracts, and terms with clients to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, deliverables, and expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and project management, to align lead generation efforts and project estimations with business objectives.
Track and report on lead generation activities, project estimations, and conversion rates to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform lead generation strategies and enhance estimation accuracy.
Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, client interactions, and project details using CRM systems or other tracking tools.

Experience
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or estimating roles within the construction, engineering, or related industries.
Strong background in developing leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
Proficiency in project estimation, cost analysis, and budgeting for construction projects of varying scopes and complexities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and project management software to organize and streamline sales and estimation processes.
Knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to project estimation and pricing.
Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
Certification in sales, estimating, or project management a plus.
