Mike's Quality Painting has one (1) Sales Representative position to fill in the Albuquerque, NM area. Must live within 30 minutes of the Albuquerque metro area. Not everyone will qualify so please read the requirements carefully.

Excellent presentation skills

Good computer skills, tech/CRM

Willing to dedicate 45-50 hours per week to this position

The Role:

Key Responsibilities include:

Everything starts by living our core values every single day. Period.

Accurately measure areas to be painted

Use estimating software in real-time

Follow a proven sales process. No exceptions

Clever question asker, anticipates objections, handle stalls, and goes for the close

90% of time will be qualifying and closing provided leads

10% of time will be prospecting

Actively engages in weekly sales meetings, shares lessons learned and learns for other salespeople

Every job you sell requires a hand-off to your operations team, and you will provide all details on a silver platter for them.

Training:

6 weeks of paid training

Sales training with Sales Manager

Training with other sales reps, ride along on estimates

Training with our painters in the field

Compensation:

Compensation:

Includes a base salary, plus an uncapped commission plan and goal-based bonuses. A closer better make at least $70,000 or they aren't right for this career.
