We have an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Full Time Sales Equipment/Parts Representative.



We are a family owned company with over 39 years serving the concrete cutting industry. Our business structure has three divisions - Sales, Service and Rental. Our Sales Department is currently looking for help.



The perfect candidate would handle sells of products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting. They would help walk-in and call-in customers in all aspects of the ordering process.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Research parts (schematics, parts lists, ect) Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Ship & receive inventory Stock showroom and parts departments Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personable with an outgoing attitude Standing for long hours Lifting more than 50 lbs. Small equipment, mechanical or concrete cutting industry background would be a huge plus!
