What You'll Be Doing as an Sales Enrollment Associate:

Represent the Verizon brand by introducing internet plans to eligible customers through face-to-face interactions Guide customers through enrollment and activation, making the internet sign-up process smooth, informative, and personalized Promote government-supported Verizon internet programs designed to help individuals stay connected Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service and using your sales skills to meet their needs Consistently meet internet sales goals and contribute to team targets as a high-performing Sales Enrollment Associate Participate in regular training to build your knowledge of Verizon products and improve your internet sales techniques Work independently and within a team of Sales Enrollment Associates to maximize outreach and impact

What We Look For in a Sales Enrollment Associate:

A passion for helping people and providing excellent customer experiences Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality A desire to grow in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment No experience required, backgrounds in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles are a bonus Ability to understand and clearly explain Verizon internet solutions Must be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or GED Reliable transportation and a willingness to work in-person outreach
