Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Facilitates new hire distance-based sales training. Trains on sales skills to elevate the performance of the entire team.

\xc2\xb7 Manages, trains, and provides leadership to newly hired sales personnel focusing on individual sales productivity and meeting quotas, goals and objectives through field rides, one on one meetings, and group discussions.

\xc2\xb7 Trains and motivates newly hired sales personnel and provides additional training to new and existing sales representatives. Training to include the management of the New Hires Sales training, \xe2\x80\x9cRamping to Revenue\xe2\x80\x9d, distance-based learning, SalesForce.com, SEM Office Hours, new product launches, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Performs additional projects, including training development and team projects as assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Provides leadership through example to all solutions to Sales Reps.

\xc2\xb7 Aids in organizational shift to enable a Technology First approach with sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Initially, builds ATS Sales Process, ensures all reps can sell all products and services.

\xc2\xb7 Ongoing maintenance of the sales infrastructure relating to information/reporting systems, communication, and information sharing. Driving consistent adoption and compliance in usage of sales tools including Salesforce, Power BI, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Weekly scheduled one on one sessions with Directors and VP to discuss development areas for reps and needs of the business. Sets goals for reinforcement of talent management through building scripts, video role-playing, setting up field rides to help model and observe, looking for development gaps with Directors. Provides feedback and solutions for skill gaps on teams. Conducts weekly one-on-one sessions with VP to continually review the progress of the team.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

\xc2\xb7 Four-year college degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent work experience, including any additional sales Training Courses.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years previous sales, sales management or training, experience within a service driven industry.

\xc2\xb7 Sales and presentation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal, written, training and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 High-level of professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness, and strong organizational and management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Leadership and coaching skills.

\xc2\xb7 Able to review competencies and sales skills based on performance; propose training needs and expectations to improve going forward. Quick to respond to challenges in the field with the best course of action.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience to lead and manage a sales force to produce results expected by the Company.

\xc2\xb7 Total travel: 25 - 70%

Desirable KSAs:

\xc2\xb7 Successful experience consulting with multiple levels of management.

\xc2\xb7 Able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
