Position Overview:

As a

Sales Development Trainee

, you'll receive hands-on experience in both sales and leadership. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to build a strong foundation in in-store sales, customer interaction, and team management--while working toward advancement into a leadership role.

What You'll Do:

Interact with customers in retail settings to promote and sell products on behalf of our clients. Apply proven sales techniques to consistently achieve and surpass performance targets. Support the onboarding and development of new team members as you grow within the role. Monitor sales performance and regularly update management on progress and results. Take part in leadership training sessions designed to prepare you for future management opportunities.
