Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the company's expansion into the U.S. market . This role will work closely with the Head of Sales , collaborating directly on outbound strategy, lead generation, and early-stage sales efforts.

This is a high-impact position within a growing startup, ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. While the initial focus is on SDR responsibilities, there is a clear growth path toward an Account Executive role as the sales team scales. Responsibilities



Identify and research potential clients in the U.S. market aligned with the company's data, AI, and ML services.



Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.



Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing initiatives, events, and website activity.



Engage prospects to understand business needs and uncover collaboration opportunities.



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).



Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, outreach, and targeting.



Support the creation of outreach materials, follow-ups, and introductory content.



Contribute ideas to strengthen brand positioning and visibility in the U.S. market.

Requisitos



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.



3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR , or in Sales Development / Business Development roles.



Background in B2B tech , preferably within data, AI, machine learning, or startup environments.



Proven experience in outbound prospecting and early-stage funnel management.



Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).



Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.



Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with globally distributed teams.



Proactive, curious, and ownership-oriented mindset.
