Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both inside and outside sales efforts. You will engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong ability to negotiate and close deals. This is a commission only role.

Duties



Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base. Engage in direct sales efforts, including lead generation and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties. Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and support. Collaborate with the business development team to identify market trends and potential areas for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our products and services.

Experience



Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong background in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in direct sales techniques, including lead generation strategies. Familiarity with inside sales processes and methodologies is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. A proactive approach to business development with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
