Shifts Available (Choose Your Fit!)

Day Shift:

Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 3 PM

Evening Shift:

Sun-Fri, 3 PM - 8 PM Part-time with flexible scheduling - ideal for students, athletes, or second job seekers.*

What You'll Earn

$18-$25/hr including uncapped commission (Hourly + Commissions)

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound leads--

no cold calling

Explain our

white-glove service

and value Give accurate moving and junk removal quotes (verbal + written) Handle objections like a pro and close the deal Follow up until the job is booked Be a trusted guide during a stressful process

What You Bring

+6 months of sales, customer service, or team leadership experience Strong communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills Enthusiasm and coachability (we'll train you!) A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people
