In this position, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads for our inside and outside sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and connect with prospects to generate new business opportunities
Contact and qualify potential customers via various communication channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video conferencing etc.)
Foster leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments and visits for the outside and/or inside sales teams
Follow-up with leads as determined by the team leader
Track all activity leading up to meeting
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and track sales activities
Report on sales activities and results to team lead
REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates will have a college degree, or previous experience in Sales Development roles
Computer literacy skills with Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus
Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
Ability and willingness to follow instructions and directions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Articulate and fluent in the English language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong understanding of the rules of composition and grammar
