Quality Edge is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative II for our Indiana market to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with team members in your region to establish remarkable partnerships with key customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create demand for Quality Edge brands among distribution partners, including builders, remodelers, installers, contractors, and architects through your interaction with these groups.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with regional team members to identify and establish partnerships with key customers. Develop and implement strategies to create demand for Quality Edge brands. Work with distribution partners to promote products to builders, remodelers, installers, contractors, and architects. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports on regional performance and demand creation activities. Participate in regional meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team. Conduct product training sessions and presentations for distribution partners and key customers. Use company marketing materials and campaigns to support demand creation efforts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Quality Edge brands. Collaborate with the marketing team to align demand creation strategies with overall brand messaging. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand creation activities. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on customer interactions and market trends.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship. 5 years of B2B product sales experience with 1 year building products experience or knowledge. Having established industry relationships preferred. Proven experience in demand creation, sales, or marketing. Strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
The salary includes base pay plus commission. We offer benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We provide a 401k with a 100% match on 3% and a 50% match up to 6%.
