Summary
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening Phonesuite's key partnerships with management companies and expanding the Phonesuite Agent Program. This role focuses on growing market share, increasing revenue, and ensuring long-term success with strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support existing Phonesuite relationships with management companies and agents.
Expand revenue and market share within management company accounts.
Grow agent-driven sales by enhancing engagement, performance, and program structure.
Develop strategic account plans to meet revenue goals and partnership objectives.
Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of account initiatives.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and periodic performance updates to partners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent
experience considered.
Business-to-business (B2B) sales or marketing experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain reports and manage multiple
priorities.
Basic understanding of networking and information technology.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and general PC applications.
Familiarity with data analytics and project management concepts.
Additional
Must be willing and able to travel 35%+ of time.
