About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help fuel our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential merchant clients. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role ideal for someone who wants to build a career in
fintech and payment processing
with a clear path to Account Executive.
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective merchants and play a critical role in setting high-quality, qualified meetings for our Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
What You'll Do
Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to small and mid-sized businesses
Initiate conversations with business owners to understand their payment processing needs
Qualify prospects against defined ideal customer profile (ICP) and criteria
Book and confirm meetings for Account Executives and/or the Team Lead
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and strong meeting quality
Consistently work toward and exceed monthly activity and meeting targets
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or outbound prospecting (payments or fintech experience is a plus, not required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Competitive, goal-driven mindset with high activity tolerance
Coachable, disciplined, and eager to grow into a closing role
Compensation & Growth
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 annually
(Base salary + commissions + performance bonuses)* Uncapped upside for top performers
