The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the tip of the spear. You will focus on growing the agency through intentional outbound lead generation. We need a communicator who is comfortable navigating the friction of the creative process and confident enough to engage with C-Suite executives at middle-market companies.
In our world, creativity--and sales--is persistent through pain. We need someone who treats lead generation with the rigor of an athlete and the precision of an engineer.
What You'll Do
Outbound Prospecting:
Reach out to potential clients via high-level writing, expert LinkedIn networking, networking events, conferences, and cold calling.
Strategic Communication:
Convey compelling messages that transform complex creative concepts into clear value propositions for stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with our creative and production teams to ensure we are targeting brands where we can create real impact.

Qualifications
3+ years of sales, account executive, or lead generation experience.
Exceptional networking and cold-calling skills and the ability to book high-value meetings.
Passion for design and commercial production.
