Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help fuel our continued growth.
Duties
Research and identify potential prospects within our target market.
Craft and deliver personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong fit before passing to Account Executives.
Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and pipeline goals.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM.
Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills--you can craft a compelling email and hold a confident phone conversation.
High motivation and resilience--you're not afraid of rejection and see it as part of the process.
Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset--you want to learn, improve, and grow in your career.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Comfort with technology--experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
