Job Summary:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing inbound leads to create high-quality sales opportunities for our team. You'll be the first point of contact for merchants exploring our solutions, helping them understand our value and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and passionate about helping small businesses find the right tools.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to and qualify inbound leads from multiple channels (web inquiries, referrals, campaigns, etc.). Engage prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and readiness to move forward. Educate leads on Freedom Merchants' features, benefits, and best-fit use cases. Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to keep them engaged and moving through the pipeline. Accurately document all interactions, qualifications, and next steps in CRM software. Collaborate closely with account executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. Stay informed about our solutions, industry trends, and customer workflows to provide informed guidance. Meet or exceed qualification, conversion, and pipeline goals.

Qualifications:



Experience handling inbound leads, customer service, or sales development preferred. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve performance targets. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in payments, financial services, or fintech. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with consultative or needs-based selling approaches.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
