Job Description

What You'll Do:




Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of a new battery rebate program. Schedule and set appointments for our expert battery consultants. Manage and follow up with assigned leads. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For:




Some sales or customer service experience

- we'll provide training to help you succeed. Experience in solar, appointment setting, or phone sales is a

plus

. Familiarity with CRMs like Quickbase or similar is a

bonus

. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong communication skills. The ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.

What We Offer:




Compensation:

Hourly base pay ($15/hour) plus commission, with total earnings potential of

$50,000-$100,000/year
