This

12-18-month, full-time, paid program

equips you with the technical knowledge, real-world experience, and hands-on training to build a long-term, impactful career in sales. You'll be immersed in the front lines of sustainability-focused growth -- learning how to help customers modernize, save energy, and meet evolving regulatory and environmental goals.


Designed as a launchpad for your future, the program is intended to lead to full-time placement within our sales organization at Turtle --

including commission-earning roles

-- upon successful completion.

What You'll Experience




Over 12-18 months, you'll rotate across departments and markets to gain a deep understanding of how we operate, sell, and lead in this fast-moving space.

Rotations include:



Operations, Logistics & Counter Sales



Experience the hustle behind the scenes -- learn how products move, customers are served, and operations run smoothly on the front lines.

Inside Sales


Sharpen your communication and quoting skills while solving real customer challenges alongside experienced sales pros.

Lighting & Switchgear Solutions


Dive into the technical side of the business by working with expert teams on high-impact, customized product solutions that support

energy efficiency

EV & Emerging Technologies


Get hands-on exposure to cutting-edge innovations -- from

electric vehicles

What You Bring



Bachelor's degree (GPA 3.0+ preferred) Strong interest in sales, business, engineering, or operations Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder Analytical thinker who's ready to learn and take ownership Comfortable in fast-paced environments with real accountability Must be willing to relocate to one of Turtle's growth markets after program graduation (relocation support provided)

Headquartered in Clark, NJ, our Electrical Distribution division operates 14 branches spanning from coast to coast. It is a significant force in the engineering and procurement of power distribution, automation, lighting, and energy projects, offering integrated services for the industrial and construction markets. Turtle Integrated division provides on-site MRO procurement, cost-saving, and spend analytics across the US and in Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.
