Sales and Customer Service Associate

What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service

by warmly welcoming clients, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, professional front-desk experience.

Drive sales

by promoting memberships, services, and retail products that support total body care.

Build relationships

with guests and members to encourage repeat visits and retention.

Support outreach and marketing efforts

Handle administrative tasks
