Position Overview



We are seeking a highly self-driven, commission-motivated Senior Living Sales Professional to join our dynamic team and drive sales for our exciting expansion project at one of Indianapolis' premier senior living communities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic sales professional who thrives on performance-based compensation and wants to be part of a transformational growth initiative at a top-tier community located on the desirable north side of Indianapolis.


About the Opportunity



Our award-winning senior living community is embarking on a significant expansion that will enhance our already exceptional offerings. As our Senior Living Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in introducing prospective residents to our Life Plan (CCRC) residency agreement, enhanced lifestyle options, and state-of-the-art amenities.


Key Responsibilities



Achieve sales goals for the new expansion and existing campus Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from the expansion opportunity Take full ownership of the sales process from lead generation through closing, with minimal supervision Conduct comprehensive tours and presentations to prospective residents and family members Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities and referral partnerships Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to deposit and through move-in Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in SalesForce CRM system Participate in community events, grassroots efforts, and networking opportunities Provide exceptional customer service throughout the decision-making process

Required Qualifications



Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

- thrives with minimal supervision, appreciates collaborative discussion and takes ownership of results

Commission-driven mentality

- motivated by performance-based compensation and earning potential

Strategic thinking ability

- capable of developing and executing comprehensive sales plans Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to connect with highly successful older adults of various cultural backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales targets in competitive market Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting with strong analytical skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
