About the Role

We are seeking a

Sales Coordinator

to support our growing residential roofing division. This role is key to ensuring our sales team stays focused, organized, and efficient. You'll help streamline processes, track progress, and keep communication flowing-so the team can hit their goals and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and support the sales team to ensure smooth operations. Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups. Track sales activity and progress toward goals. Assist with proposals, contracts, and customer communications. Help foster a positive, team-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys collaboration. Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or administration (industry experience in roofing is a plus).
