In addition to our guest rooms, the property features THE GALLERY, an incredible courtyard and event space, and a 14-unit condominium available for short-term rental. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality experience in one of Mississippi's most vibrant communities.

About the Role:

Sales Coordinator

, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our group bookings and event operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

Responding promptly to inquiries from potential and existing clients Assisting with the booking and coordination of group room blocks Managing the events calendar and tracking key deadlines Creating and maintaining Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Communicating event and booking details with internal departments Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains brand standards.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest service Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar leadership role. Hotel Marketing, Sales, related field (preferred).
