Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The role of the Sales Coordinator is to sell new and used medium duty trucks by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects within an assigned territory. The position requires a broad knowledge of the Company's services, products, and marketing techniques.
Liaison between intercompany acquisitions of Service department and Parts department vehicles. Including MHC Leasing and MHC Carrier.
Work with body upfitters, tracking, and scheduling transfers between body companies.
Manage MHC Asset spreadsheet.
Coordinate decal ordering, inventory, and install.
Coordinate shipping quote and scheduling of pick-up and delivery of MHC asset units.
Coordinate invoicing and placement of required safety supplies in asset units.
Coordinate invoicing and installation od=f required Motive and Drive cam in MHC asset units.
Manage MHC Ford Facebook page.
Manage internet sales.
Handle all internal MHC/House Account paperwork, SAW's, opportunities, titles.
Obtain CapEx paper worker through proper channels.
Receive trucks coming into inventory upon arrival to the branch
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of Company's services, products and marketing techniques.
Product knowledge.
Direct sales or truck sales experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High energy level and positive attitude.
CDL required.
