Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator is the operational backbone of the sales organization. This role ensures the sales process runs smoothly by maintaining accurate CRM data, coordinating communication between Sales Reps, the Director of Sales, and Operations, and helping manage quotes, add-on requests, and order documentation.
This position requires high attention to detail, comfort with technology platforms, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned - helping the team stay organized, informed, and focused on serving customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily sales activity to ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to process.
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations.
Manage the integrity of sales data in CRM, ensuring deals, contacts, and activities are current and accurate.
Support the Director of Sales by maintaining team dashboards, tracking KPIs, and preparing pipeline and forecast reports.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and sales representatives.
Serve as a point of contact for internal process questions - helping Sales Reps stay focused on selling, not admin.
Work closely with other departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for sales staff when needed.
Provide general administrative support to the Director of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
0-2 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM management, or customer service.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
