DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES




Provide administrative support to the Sales Department Incoming phone call distribution for the Sales Department Assist with Sales Department client reservations as needed Create Gift Certificates upon Director approval Meet with Walk in Site Visits ? collect pertinent information and show property if requested Assist Group Services with weekly Group Resume profiles Assist Group Services with the weekly group closeout and billing process Assemble Sales Department collateral as needed Prepare Sales Department handover packets once a Sales Manager receives a signed contract Follow up on leads & gather details over phone OR during sites visit for wedding room blocks Execute wedding room block proposals and contracts Build new room blocks in CI/TY for wedding room blocks Complete handover packets once the signed wedding room block contract is received * Other assignments may be assigned by management as deemed necessary to provide excellent service.
