About the Position:



The Unist North American sales team is responsible for sales and sales support across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Currently a dynamic four-person team, we are excited to add a full-time Sales Coordinator to increase depth and support future sales growth. This role is responsible for a variety of sales support tasks, including quote creation, customer and contact management, and CRM updates. Additionally, this role ensures phone calls, emails, and online LiveChats are answered promptly and professionally, with a seamless hand-off to other teams as needed.

Since Unist designs, builds, and sells complex manufacturing equipment, this role requires strong analytical and technical abilities, and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goals of the team. This position is expected to develop a high level of expertise with an ability to spot and correct errors. The right candidate would find strong advancement opportunities within the Unist sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform day-to-day sales support tasks, including quote creation, customer management, and CRM updates. Triage, organize, and respond the salessupport@unist.com inbox. Ensure the team provides proper phone and LiveChat coverage from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Ensure a seamless hand-off to the appropriate team or individual when issues need to be escalated or resolved (e.g. technical issues, complex sales requests, or finance issues). Follow established processes and policies in a manner that impresses customers and builds trust with the entire Unist team.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or communication is preferred.

Experience:

2-4 years in a sales role. Technical sales experience is appreciated but not required.

Technical Skills:

High proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Teams. Epicor ERP is a huge plus.

Personal Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Understanding of sales processes and terminology.
