Pay: $20-$23/hr based on experience and interview

Schedule: 40-45 hrs/week that will include evenings and weekends.

Location: In-office position located in Forest Hill, MD.

As a Sales Coordinator What You'll Do:

Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads through high-volume outbound sales calls and customer engagement. Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps to ensure strong pipeline management. Support the sales team by handling quote follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.

As a Sales Coordinator, What You Need:

2 years of customer service or call call center experience (inbound/outbound) Previous

inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation

experience preferred. Strong

communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to thrive in a

target-driven, high-volume call environment

. Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends. Must be able to work

in-office daily
