Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Function as commercial sales lead to develop new business and retain existing customers.

Participate in kick-off/coordination meeting with customer (job check).

Participation in all mandatory meetings, trainings, and activities.

Participation in public relations, brand awareness and other such events.

Prepare and deliver estimates to customers for commercial projects.

Tracks and documents change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.

Manage product and material procurement process and ensure material is ordered, received, and sent to job sites on time.

Receives inbound requests for additional material from field technicians and determine proper course of action with purchasing.

Responsible for direction and coordination of on-site installation crews.

Responsible for ensuring the necessary and appropriate equipment is on the job-site or ready to be used.

Works with installation crews to ensure all aspects of job are complete.

Works with the designated office personnel responsible for supply ordering to ensure adequate stock supplies.

Ensures AOD quality standards are upheld with each residential project.

Follow all written reporting procedures for all installation work performed.

Ensures accurate records of all installation projects are maintained.

Regular reviews of all customer billing to ensure accuracy.

Tracks and maintains records of warranty work.

Works on residential projects as assigned by CEO and GM.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
