Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through various online platforms to generate leads and drive sales. Conduct cold calling to follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing online visibility and sales performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using appropriate software tools. Assist in managing online inventory and ensure product information is up-to-date. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer engagement. Proficiency in using various software applications related to sales support and customer management.
