Canvass commercial properties to identify roofing issues
Conduct thorough commercial roof inspections
Manage the entire sales process--from first contact to signed contract
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial roofing sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing and networking
Willingness and physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
