What You' ll Do

Generate leads through door- to- door canvassing, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct detailed roof inspections for storm and age- related damage.

Educate homeowners on roofing systems and the insurance claim process.

Prepare accurate estimates and confidently present proposals.

Close sales and manage customer relationships through project completion.

Record and track leads, appointments, and progress in the company CRM.

Qualifications

Experience in roofing, construction, or sales is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A

competitive, self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willing to travel within the territory (DFW, Houston, Austin, Oklahoma City).
