Compensation & Schedule

Commission-based with draw against commission Strong earning potential -- opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year Full-time, dealership-based role

Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by determining needs and presenting appropriate vehicle options Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives (valid driver's license required) Follow up with leads and customers to convert prospects into sales Prepare accurate quotes, run credit applications, and complete transaction paperwork Use CRM to manage customer interactions and follow-up efforts Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and conduct the delivery presentation covering vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork

Requirements

Prior automotive sales experience a plus Valid driver's license required Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills Goal-oriented, energetic, and team-minded Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
