Position Overview

The Sales Consultant plays a key role in guiding clients through their aesthetic journey. This individual must have strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build client trust through expertise, warmth, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, knowledgeable in skincare and aesthetics, and presents themselves in a manner that reflects our brand--fit, polished, and aligned with a beauty-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and build lasting relationships through exceptional service and engagement. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments, products, and packages. Drive sales of services, treatment plans, and skincare products with confidence, knowledge, and authenticity. Maintain a deep understanding of all Med Spa procedures, technologies, and skincare lines to educate clients effectively. Follow up with clients to support retention, satisfaction, and ongoing treatment plans. Collaborate with medical providers, aestheticians, and front-desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing consultation environment. Represent the brand by upholding a professional, polished appearance.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in sales, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, wellness, or medical spa environments. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Attitude & Soft Skills: Charismatic, approachable, and naturally confident. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Warm yet professional communication style--both in person and over the phone. High emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.

Knowledge: Understanding of skincare ingredients, treatment modalities, and aesthetic services (injectables, lasers, facials, body contouring, etc.). Ability to explain procedures in a simple, reassuring, and educated manner.

Professional Appearance: Must present a polished, fit, well-groomed appearance that aligns with a luxury aesthetics environment. Represents a healthy, wellness-focused lifestyle.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed. Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling software, and online communication. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Base Pay: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
