As a Sales Consultant at

M&G of Ramsey

, you will work directly with customers to provide them with the products they need while delivering a high standard of customer service and achieving sales goals. Candidate must be ready for a fun, fast paced environment and be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. Job Duties:

Handles a large volume of incoming calls and walk-ins Demonstrates knowledge of trailer brands and current inventory with customers Utilizes a CRM to track prospects and conduct follow-up customer calls Responds to customer inquiries promptly Reach and exceed monthly sales goals Additional job duties as assigned Captures pictures of trailers upon arrival Manages posting of inventory on Facebook Marketplace to generate leads

Necessary Skills:

Experience in sales, preferable (willing to train the right person) Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented Works quickly and efficiently in fast-paced environment Proficient computer skills Team player mentality Exudes patience and professionalism Competitive nature and goal-oriented

Hours

: 40+ hours/week Monday-Saturday Closed Sunday.

Compensation

: Hourly pay based on experience, plus commission. Opportunities to increase pay after demonstrating skills and sales ability. Our sales staff earns $90,000-$170,000 annually. Average compensation for 2025 was
