You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for driving sales to meet team and department targets by being fully available for activities assisting agents. The person will work closely with CVP Operations Manager and alongside a team of outbound sales supervisors to support the overall program. Daily tasks may include review and communication of promotions, new products & policies, coaching to KPIs and sales tools and developing a team of approximately 15-25 employees, administrative responsibilities (Siebel, Accountability tracking and Agent reports, WFM, Training, etc.), interviewing, hiring, on-boarding new employees, encouraging and supporting team members to rise to their potential in a variety of ways as well as special projects. Having a clear understanding of all CVP job functions
Polar, Siebel and all other applications
PCL policies, rules and regulations
Promotions and campaigns
Developing and conducting weekly team meetings
Reviewing the past week\xe2\x80\x99s events including statistics, sales results and industry news
Disseminating new product, policy and company information to agents
Discussing upcoming promotions and campaigns
Presenting commendations and awards
Preparing for upcoming events
Performing monthly side by side monitoring evaluations with each CVP.
Creating and implementing detailed plans for coach and team to obtain daily and monthly goals
Documenting and monitoring checklists and summary on Accountability tracker weekly
Creating effective channels of agent feedback and encourage regular participation
Interviewing new hires and assist with onboarding
Developing, scheduling and administering sales training for new hires and existing staff
Developing and implementing contests, awards and department themes
Producing a quarterly outline of team\xe2\x80\x99s performance and growth
Team and individual performance, opportunities and successes
Strategies for upcoming quarter
Producing performance reviews as established by Operations Manager
Ensuring that team meets or exceeds weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals as determined by management, other related objectives may be added that maximize sales.

Work independently as well as directly with CVP Sales Leadership to establish and implement individual goals, objectives and action plans designed to attain company, departmental, and personal objectives.
Responsible for dissemination of information, responsibilities and assignments to sales team as well as incorporating this information into daily huddles, touch points, one on ones and side by sides.
Submit strategies, ideas and suggestions for meeting sales expectations whenever possible and applicable to management.
Provide information and propose actions for sales teams to management on the results of sales and provide detailed insights and feedback from the CVPs/public on promotional campaigns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to drive team performance in line with management.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Experience using sales data and understanding of Princess booking/revenue components and terminology in order to teach and mentor Sales agents.
Minimum of one (1) year supervisory/lead experience directing and managing individuals or a team.
Previous experience leading and managing sales teams in a high volume sales environment.
Proven success as a sales representative as measured by level of sales performance against established goals and objectives.
Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with management, agents and guests in multiple locations of the business.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrated strong work ethic.
Well versed using integrated coaching strategies to provide real time observations to coach the agents to make the most out of every call.
Self-motivated, coachable and a logical thinker.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability and proven success influencing and motivating others.
Strong personal computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Powerpoint.
Basic knowledge of employment law.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
Ability to generate reports, graphs, and business correspondence.

Base Salary Range: $47,300.00 to $63,900.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates\' qualifications and experience uniquely.
